।।4.2।। एवं क्षत्रियपरम्पराप्राप्तम् इमं राजर्षयः राजानश्च ते ऋषयश्च राजर्षयः विदुः इमं योगम्। स योगः कालेन इह महता दीर्घेण नष्टः विच्छिन्नसंप्रदायः संवृत्तः। हे परंतप आत्मनः विपक्षभूताः परा इति उच्यन्ते तान् शौर्यतेजोगभस्तिभिः भानुरिव तापयतीति परंतपः शत्रुतापन इत्यर्थः।।दुर्बलानजितेन्द्रियान् प्राप्य नष्टं योगमिममुपलभ्य लोकं च अपुरुषार्थसंबन्धिनम्
